All invoice must be paid 48 after closing of the auction. The materials can be stored that their present location until August 2014. All loading will be the responsibility of the buyer(s). Proof of insurance must be presented prior to any loading. Loading at the Friemoth Pit is being performed by Johnson Sand & Gravel @ .40/ton based on the pile estimates. The loading charges for this location will be arranged during the loading process with Johnson Sand & Gravel management.
